Cancellation Policy
•We get it. Sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment or are running late, please text 4075793599 24 hours prior to appointment time to reschedule.
In the event that the appointment is not canceled 24 hours prior, a *cancellation fee of 25%* will be charged.
•A 10-min grace period is given for all services. If you are running behind, please communicate that with your stylist prior to your appointment time. In the event that you do not communicate with your stylist, your appointment will be canceled, and a *no-show fee of 50%* will be charged.
